engagement: kelly + shane

Hello again, 

I know we just posted yesterday, but we have so many fun sessions to show you! I am excited about this next one! I'm excited about every one... what am I talking about. 

This engagement session was at USD (University of San Diego) and it was just gorgeous. It was the perfect evening. No one was there, just us four. The sun was setting so beautifully and at just the perfect time! 

Meet kelly and Shane. 

They are sooooo cute. They laughed the entire time! I love people who laugh, so automatically I loved them. Kelly is so pretty and really fun to take photos of. Her brown eyes are gorgeous! Shane is so fun too, he has such a great smile. We can't wait for this wedding!! It's going to be a blast for everyone. 

Duane and I always love meeting new people. I think it's one of our top favorite things to do in life. It challenges and grows us to be better humans and better photographers. I am blessed to have met these two!

wedding: stephen + tara

It's the our first blog of 2013!!! WOOHOO!! Happy New Year all you beautiful people! How did everyone spend their New Year's Eve? I can't believe it's 2013. That sounds like the total space future to me... crazy! 

We had the honor of going to St. Louis to be in the snow and shoot our last wedding for 2012. This couple is amazing and we truly are thankful to know them! We met Tara and Stephen way back when Tara contacted us about engagement photos while they were still living in San Diego. Soon after, we were thrilled to learn that she also wanted us to come to her new home in St. Louis to shoot their fabulous December wedding! We were so excited! It was such an amazing weekend. We explored all over the city, ate great food and had the best time getting some cool images. Tara and Stephen both have the coolest, most laid back personalities. They love laughing and having a great time. Stephen truly loves her so much and it is SO evident in these images we captured. After the wedding we got to drive to Nashville to see my (Sarah's) brothers and celebrate the New Year with my whole family. That ending was just perfect.
